Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently manage front-end transactions with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will supervise cash handling, assist customers, and uphold store procedures while promoting a positive, energetic store environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring POS accuracy, maintaining clean checkout areas, and supporting team members in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure outstanding service through checkout lanes.
• Greet customers entering store and respond to needs.
• Oversee accurate operation of cash registers.
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, or gift cards.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and proper cash control.
