Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently process customer sales at front registers while delivering outstanding service. You will manage cash, assist customers, and uphold store policies in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2-3 years in retail, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; prior natural foods experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding checkout service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee accurate and efficient operation of all cash registers.
• Handle payments by cash, check, credit card, gift card, or debit.
• Maintain clean checkout areas and proper cash control.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with POS transactions.
• Support food safety compliance and stocking of merchandise.
