Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently manage front-end checkout transactions, ensure cash accuracy, and maintain a welcoming, energetic store atmosphere. You will support customers, drive sales through excellent service, and uphold store policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Natural foods industry experience is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service at the checkout lanes.
• Greets customers and responds promptly to needs.
• Oversees accurate operation of all cash registers.
• Receives payments and maintains proper cash control.
• Maintains clean, orderly checkout areas and accurate pricing.
• Upholds food safety compliance and signage.
• Assists with daily store tasks per department procedures.
