Burlington Stores in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, train and coach associates, and work with management in merchandising, customer service, and HR.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.

• Participate in workload planning and schedule adherence.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
