Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our Bolingbrook store leadership team. You will supervise front-end and store operations, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while supporting management in merchandising and HR tasks.

The role requires hands-on leadership, reliability, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication skills.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move, lift, and stand for extended periods as required in retail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and adherence to company guidelines for customers and staff.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
