Job summary

Food City is seeking a front-end supervisor in Tennessee to ensure courteous service, oversee cashiers and fuel associates, and maintain checkout area security and efficiency.

You will monitor cash handling, lane operations, safety policies, and compliance with alcohol, tobacco, AML and MSB rules while keeping front-end areas clean and organized. On-site availability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet standard Physical and Mental demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain efficient and courteous service to customers.
• Supervise front-end operations and cashiers.
• Ensure security of funds, safes, and change.
• Maintain front-end housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Follow AML and MSB compliance.
