Food City in Red Bank, Tennessee is seeking a Front End Supervisor to lead the customer service team and ensure efficient checkouts. You will supervise cashiers, courtesy clerks, fuel associates, and the front-end operations, while upholding store policies and security procedures.

Candidate must be 18+, comfortable with cash handling, and able to work on-site. The role emphasizes policy enforcement, safety, and delivering friendly, accurate service to every shopper.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet standard Physical and Mental demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain efficient and courteous service to customers at all times to ensure that the “No more than two customers waiting in line” policy is always followed.
• Supervise and monitor the total functions of the front end.
• Supervise and monitor all cashiers, courtesy clerks, and fuel associates.
• Maintain security of safe and change funds and count safe during scheduled shifts.
• Assist in maintaining front-end housekeeping and ensure funds are secured.
