Jetro Restaurant Depot in the Albany area is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to oversee daily customer service activities, ensure transaction accuracy, and guide front-end team performance.

You will help maintain efficient, customer-focused operations, enforce company procedures, and support scheduling and workflow for front-end staff in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires strong communication, a solid grasp of cash handling, and a willingness to adapt to varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
• Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
• Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
• Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff
• Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
