Jetro Restaurant Depot in Portland, OR is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to oversee daily customer service, transactions, and staff performance.

You will help ensure accurate cash handling, maintain a clean, organized front-end, and support scheduling and workflow while upholding company policies.

This on-site role requires strong communication and a team-oriented mindset to deliver efficient, customer-focused service.

Job Summary

The Front-End Supervisor supports front-end operations by assisting with daily oversight of customer service activities, transaction accuracy, and team performance. This role ensures front-end processes are followed and contributes to maintaining an efficient and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
• Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
• Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
• Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
• Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff
• Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end
• Communicate operational issues or concerns to management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or front-end operations
• Basic understanding of cash handling processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Familiarity with front-end operations and processes
• Experience in high-volume retail environments

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
