You will lead staff during shifts, ensure accurate transactions, maintain clean, organized front-end areas, and support scheduling and issue resolution. This role requires retail or front-end experience, strong communication, and detail-oriented problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or front-end operations

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
