Jetro Restaurant Depot in Boynton Beach, FL seeks a Front-End Supervisor to oversee daily customer service, cash handling, and front-end staff performance. You’ll help ensure accurate transactions, maintain a clean, efficient checkout area, and uphold service standards.

In this role you’ll coordinate scheduling, monitor procedures, and report issues to management, while mentoring team members to deliver a consistent, friendly shopping experience for customers.

• Help enforce company procedures and policies at the front-end

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily retail or front-end operational environment. Requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers and staff. May require schedule flexibility based on business needs.
