Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Tampa, FL. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and drive sales while upholding safety and policy standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits and employee discounts accompany the opportunity.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and compliance with company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative team culture.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure friendly service.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
