Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years experience in a retail work environment.
• At least two (2) years of management/supervisory experience.
• Flexible hourly schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Proficient with computer use, spreadsheets, email, and internet software.
• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach front-end staff for efficient service.
• Address personnel issues with coaching and warnings.
• Assist in budgeting and AOP with profit targets.
• Train front-end employees on required programs.
• Ensure loss prevention and safety policies.
