Responsibilities

• Open/close front end; reconcile monetary transactions and explain discrepancies.
• Oversee self-checkouts; perform weekly closeouts and cash reporting.
• Manage daily cash needs and educate customers on self-checkouts.
• Address customer issues promptly and escalate when needed.
