Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Maintain knowledge of office procedures including cash reports, register checkups, deposits and related transactions.
• Ensure work station and front end area of the store is neat and clean.
• Report any register malfunction to the Customer Service Manager or assign service calls as needed.
• Maintain MVP savings center KIOSK and ensure proper operation.
• Perform cash handling and front end duties as scheduled.
