Food Lion is hiring for a Front End/Customer Service role at Store 01402 Front End. You will greet customers, provide fast and friendly service, and support the Customer Service Manager in maintaining front end standards.

Key responsibilities include cash handling, POS operations, and ensuring the MVP savings center is functional, with flexibility to cover surge periods and assist as needed.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service center.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fast, friendly service and greet customers by name.
• Assist Customer Service Manager and supervise front end tasks.
• Maintain neat front end and proper cash handling.
• Report cash variances and operate POS & lottery where applicable.
• Ensure MVP savings center KIOSK functioning.
• Perform sales associate tasks during surge or as needed.
