Central Market in Austin is seeking a Service Lead to help run the Front End operations and drive exceptional customer service. You will train and coach a team to deliver consistently superior experiences for customers.

You will oversee cash handling, scheduling, and daily workflows, stepping in as needed to keep the front end operating smoothly and warmly for shoppers throughout the day.

Competenze

• 18+ years old
• 1+ years front end / customer service experience
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Completion of required company training, including Lead Development training

• Lead and train Service Partners to achieve top-tier customer service
• Oversee department staffing and scheduling
• Ensure adherence to store SOPs and CM standards
• Handle customer questions and resolve complaints
• Monitor inventory and cash handling procedures
