The role emphasizes coaching, labor utilization, and issue resolution to drive customer satisfaction and efficiency. The position requires completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Service Coordinator training curriculum (covers Cashier, Service Desk, and Courtesy Team).
• Ability to operate cash register system and financial services equipment.
• Good communication skills, friendly and customer oriented, organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate checkout flow and maintain front-end standards.
• Lead and mentor team members to meet productivity and service goals.
• Coach staff and participate in on-the-job training and hand-offs between shifts.
• Monitor shrink and financial outcomes within departments; escalate issues as needed.
• Serve as SME for market programs and company pilots; support training initiatives.
