You will coordinate checkout flow, maintain front-end standards, and assign tasks to cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members to meet productivity and service goals. The role involves coaching, on-the-job training, and serving as a subject matter expert for market programs and company pilots.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts.

• Train and mentor team members on-the-job and in the training curriculum.
• Support shrink control and financial outcomes within areas of responsibility.
