• Complete the Service Coordinator training curriculum (Cashier, Service Desk, Courtesy Team).
• Ability to operate cash register system and financial services equipment.
• Strong communication, organization, and sense of urgency.
• Willingness to lift and move heavy items as part of daily duties.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate handoffs between shifts with peer leadership.
• Conduct department survival checks and shift handoffs when leadership is absent.
• Monitor shrink and financial outcomes within areas of responsibility.
• Escalate concerns to leadership as they arise.
• Lead community program participation.
• Train and mentor team members on the job.
• Assign tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
