Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is hiring a Front End Pharmacy Technician to support our closed-door pharmacy in a long-term care setting. You will enter orders, assist the dispensing pharmacist, and help ensure accuracy and top-tier customer service for residents and facilities.

The role requires a licensed pharmacy technician with 1+ year of experience; preferred candidates may have PTCB certification and a high school diploma or GED. Anticipated 40-hour work week with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry tasks and assist the dispensing pharmacist to ensure accuracy and customer service.
• Triaging customer service requests by department and urgency.
• Maintain accurate customer records and verify dosing information.
• Review narcotic prescriptions for timeliness.
