Responsibilities

• Perform order entry tasks and collaborate with the pharmacist in the dispensing process
• Triaging customer service requests by department and urgency
• Calculate and verify correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assist in reviewing narcotics Rx and ensuring timely processing
• Maintain accurate customer records
