Omnicare, a CVS Health Company, is hiring a Front End Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a community‑focused, closed‑door pharmacy. You will help with order entry and work with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and top‑notch customer service.

The role requires 1+ year of experience and active pharmacy technician certification where required by state law; high school diploma or GED is necessary. 40 hours per week, full‑time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law.
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician.

Responsibilities

• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information required.
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions.
• Assist in reviewing narcotics Rx's to ensure timely processing.
• Provide dispensing pharmacist with information on allergies, interactions and flags.
• Create and maintain accurate customer records.
