Qualifications

• Store retail experience with emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of department operations (people, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, expenses).
• High integrity and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Explore and improve Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting processes and policies.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective, and efficient customer service across the department.
• Improve reporting tools and key retailing measurements.
• Provide training and follow-up on Key Retailing aspects.
• Coach front end supervisors and customer service manager.
• Support store management in maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment at checkout areas.
