You will assist the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals and oversee day-to-day Front-end operations with a focus on loss prevention, budgeting, and scheduling.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety standards, and responding knowledgeably to customer questions while supporting store budgets and planning.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products.
• Know products in the department and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Monitor and control supply expenses for the department.
• Assist with cash control, sales and cash records for the store.
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates to ensure department coverage.
• Assist in preparing the store/department budget and profit/loss reviews.
• Assist in budgeting and labor scheduling with store management.
• Develop and implement department action plans to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
