Qualifications

• Completion of the Service Coordinator training curriculum (Cashier, Service Desk, Courtesy Team).
• Ability to operate cash register system and financial services equipment.
• Good communication, customer oriented, organized, detail oriented, sense of urgency.
• Has organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Physical requirements: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, squatting, stooping, kneeling and/or climbing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-end operations to ensure a high-quality customer shopping experience.
• Lead and support checkout flow, cleanliness, and standards.
• Assign work for cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members.
• Coach team members and ensure task completion.
• Serve as trainer and mentor for team members in their span of care.
• Identify and address issues to improve customer satisfaction and front-end performance.
• Collaborate with leaders to manage shrink and financial outcomes.
• Participate in community programs and team member resource groups.
