Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong store operations and merchandising understanding preferred.

• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department associates are properly trained by certified trainers.
• Maintain clear communication within the department, store, and organization.
• Observe sanitation, safety, and food safety standards and policies.
• Follow all Front End department policies to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise front end, service desk, and cashier functions as needed.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and performance observations.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to dress standards.
• Perform cashier and bagging functions as needed and manage transactions.
• Protect company assets and ensure cash drawers are secure when unattended.
• Support special projects and assist supervisor with duties.
