Responsibilities

• Train department associates with certified trainers.
• Maintain solid communication within the department, store, and organization.
• Observe and ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and food safety standards.
• Follow all company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate needed equipment repairs or maintenance; keep area safe.
• Ensure sales transactions comply with policies and legal requirements.
• Supervise operation of front end areas for customer service and transactions.
• Secure cash drawers when unattended and protect company assets.
• Understand labor and productivity reports, scheduling, and ordering.
• Follow Front End practices for efficient operations.
• Assist in performance appraisals and service observations.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and policy compliance.
• Perform cashier and/or bagging functions when needed.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
