Responsibilities

• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and follow dress code policy.
• Assign fixed activities to front end and service desk/kiosk associates during idle periods.
• Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Support and comply with all safety standards and report needed repairs.
• Monitor security and report abnormal behavior to management.
• Secure front-end cash drawer when unattended and protect company assets.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation per policy and health regulations.
• Perform cashier and/or bagging functions as needed.
• Handle service desk/kiosk tasks or bookkeeping functions if trained.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
