Qualifications

• Previous experience in front-end, retail, or customer service operations.
• Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and transaction accuracy.
• Experience leading or managing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-end operations to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including register reconciliation and control processes.
• Monitor front-end activity to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or operational issues.
• Supervise and manage front-end staff to ensure adherence to company policies and performance expectations.
• Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Review trends related to shrink, cash variances, and operational inconsistencies to address areas of concern.
• Coordinate front-end processes including scheduling, workflow execution, and coverage.
• Support implementation and enforcement of front-end procedures and internal controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant front-end environment.
