Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct work on the front-end.
• Develop staff with performance reviews and training.
• Control front-end labor costs and shrink; monitor cash handling.
• Ensure self-checkouts are operational during business hours.
• Audit voids, returns, exchanges, and department transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end and assist customers.
• Schedule writing and duties to meet business needs.
• Availability for days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Designated “rescue” shopper for Amazon.
