Responsibilities

Promote trust and respect among associates.

Monitor and control department supply expenses.
Manage cash control, sales and cash items and records.
Schedule Front-end associates for adequate coverage.
Assist with budgeting, profit and loss reviews and actions on financial reports.

Collaborate with Front-end staff and promote teamwork.

Stay current with ads and promotions.
Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain proper temperatures in cases and logs.
Reinforce safety programs and identify unsafe conditions.
