Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service Supervisor to support front-end operations and deliver exceptional customer service across the store. You will lead cashiers, courtesy clerks, self-checkout attendants, and customer service associates while ensuring efficient operations and a positive shopping experience.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will assist with daily execution, associate development, and issue resolution, while promoting service standards, cash handling

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail/front-end experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules incl. evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a customer-first culture.
• Oversee front-end operations including cashiering, courtesy clerk operations, self-checkout, and customer service desk functions.
• Monitor staffing and customer flow to minimize wait times and ensure efficient service.
• Support execution of promotions, loyalty programs, and service initiatives.
• Provide direction, coaching, and development to front-end associates.
