Qualifications

• The trainee program must be completed with the Service Coordinator curriculum.
• Ability to operate cash register system and all financial services equipment.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Has organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• The role may require lifting and other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts.
• Perform survival walk of the department and shift-to-shift hand-off when the team leader or area leader is not present.
• Coordinate and drive actions and activities involving monitoring and controlling shrink and financial outcomes; escalate concerns to leadership.
• Champion participation in community programs; lead by example with team member resource group engagement.
• Serve as a certified trainer for team members in their span of care.
• Serve as subject matter expert for market programs, company pilots, and development/training programs.
• Assign tasks to team members within the department, in partnership with the team leader, and follow up to ensure task completion.
