Forman Mills Inc. is seeking a Front End Manager to oversee all front end operations including cashiers, service desk, layaway, and cash office functions. You will drive a fast and friendly checkout while controlling payroll and maintaining standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, audits, and enforcing policies to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient front end performance in a high-volume retail environment in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-2 years experience managing a front end team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent people skills and high-energy leadership.
• Strong computer skills and basic math for register operations.
