Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience: 1-2 years managing a front end team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent people skills and customer service mindset.
• Computer skills required to operate POS and back-office systems.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train front-end team to build an A-team.
• Schedule front end to meet business needs without overspending payroll.
• Maintain fast and friendly checkout with small lines.
• Monitor cashier performance and security.
• Review daily/weekly reports and escalate issues to Store Manager and Loss Prevention.
• Lead morning briefings on sales, line control, and cash management.
• Ensure execution of company initiatives (A-Teams, Line Control, Fast Checkout, Cash Management).
