Forman Mills Inc. is seeking a Front End Manager (FEM) to oversee the front end, including cashiers, service desk, and layaway. You will manage payroll-related scheduling and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for customers, while maintaining front end standards and cash accountability.

The role requires leadership to guide staff, monitor performance, and enforce company policies. You will conduct daily briefings and partner with Store Manager to drive results and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1-2 years managing a front end team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high-energy, hands-on leadership style.
• Proficient in customer service and cash-handling processes.

• Partner with store management in hiring strong front-end staff.
• Schedule front-end to meet business needs without exceeding payroll budgets.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout with no more than 3 people in line.
