Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ year of payroll, scheduling and bookkeeping experience.
• Previous team leadership experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations is essential.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers and manage front-end operations.
• Scan items, enter pricing data and process payments.
• Package groceries and resolve checkout concerns.
• Handle bookkeeping and payroll processing tasks.
• Coach, mentor and train front-end staff; schedule and hire.
