Job summary

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market in Rochester, MN is seeking a Coordinator to ensure efficient checkout operations and excellent customer service. You will support cash handling, supervise front-end duties, and help maintain accurate pricing and signage across the store.

Responsibilities

• Ensures outstanding customer service through checkout lanes.
• Greets customers entering the store and responds promptly to needs.
• Oversees the accurate and efficient operation of all cash registers.
• Receives payment by cash, check, credit cards, gift cards, or automatic debits.
• Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas and ensures proper cash handling.
• Models fast and friendly service and adheres to POS procedures.
• Prepares, stocks, and merchandises merchandise as needed.
• Ensures price accuracy and ad signage compliance.
• Promotes a safe work environment and reliable attendance.
• Performs other daily tasks as required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
