Job summary

ShopRite of Clinton is seeking a Front End Manager to lead the Front End Department and supervise associates to achieve sales, profit, and Customer Experience goals. You will align with ShopRite's service priorities and Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency.

The role emphasizes strong communication, team leadership, and adherence to company policies, with a pay range of $20-$27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, analyze and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs., and occasionally 60 lbs.
• Ability to interact with Customers in a friendly and helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Front End Department operations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide training and lead Associates to achieve goals.
• Maintain proper staffing to meet sales and customer needs.
