Job summary

ShopRite of Milford is hiring a Front End Manager to direct the Front End Department and its associates. You will drive sales, customer experience, and employee engagement in alignment with company priorities.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to handle physical tasks and basic computer use. Candidates must be able to work varying shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, analyze and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math and computer functions.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and stand for full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Front End Department to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, friendliness, presentation, and efficiency standards.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Lead associates to achieve department goals and provide training.
