Job summary

ShopRite of Clinton is seeking a Non-Foods Manager to direct the department and its associates to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience goals. You will lead staffing, training, and daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and presentation.

Responsibilities include supervising all Non-Foods functions, ensuring accurate pricing and stocking, and delivering outstanding customer service while promoting store promotions and charitable programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly
• Basic math skills for daily tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfort with computer-based tasks and POS systems
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
• Ability to lead and engage Associates to meet department goals

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Non-Foods Department to meet sales and customer experience goals
• Lead, train, and coach department Associates
