Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

• NRF-certified Food Safety Manager or willing to obtain within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Front End operations including Service Center, Self-Checkout and Food Lion To-Go, if applicable.
• Hire, train, and develop associates to meet department needs.
• Supervise performance, conduct formal appraisals for direct reports.
• Lead and motivate store team to reflect Brand, Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financials, operating results and KPIs.
