Ridley's Family Markets, Inc. in Utah seeks a store team member to provide friendly customer service and support front-end operations at our Eagle Mountain location.

You will assist guests, handle bagging and cart duties, and help maintain a clean, safe environment throughout the store. The role requires no prior experience, the ability to follow company policies, and physical stamina to lift and move items as needed.

Qualifications

• No licenses required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

• Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly, courteous behavior.
• Promote morale and store-wide sales through open communication and teamwork.
• Maintain good working relationships with department managers to improve sales.
• Follow all company policies and directives as per Code of Conduct.
• Provide professional examples for other team members to follow.
• Bag guests' purchases promptly and carry to their vehicles safely.
• Fill bag slots and ensure efficient front-end operations and supplies.
• Assist with price checks and item returns as needed.
• Assist with housekeeping and sweep-sheet duties as assigned.
• Keep parking lot clear of carts and return them to proper locations, following safety policies.
