Job summary

Ridley’s Family Markets in Idaho is seeking a friendly, dependable team member to assist guests, bag purchases, and keep the front end organized and efficient.

You will handle customer interactions, operate at the front end, follow store policies, and help maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds is required; tip income is not accepted. Training provided and opportunities to grow with the store.

Qualifications

• Experience not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop customer relations with friendly behavior.
• Maintain morale and communicate openly with team members.
• Support store relationships with department managers to improve sales.
• Follow company policies and code of conduct.
• Assist guests by bagging purchases promptly and guiding to their vehicles.
• Fill bag slots and supply front-end operations efficiently.
• Assist with price checks and go-backs.
• Help with housekeeping and sweep duties as assigned.
• Keep parking lot clear of carts and return to proper location; ensure safety.
• Tip acceptance policy: guests not allowed to tip (NV exception).
