Job summary

Amrize seeks a Loader Operator at its Bladensburg, MD location to safely operate heavy equipment and load stockpiles of rock and aggregate materials. You will inspect equipment daily and follow all safety procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on loader experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on front-end loader experience, preferably in quarry, aggregate, mining or heavy construction environments.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and identify mechanical issues.
• Clear communication with truck drivers, plant operators and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to load, transport, and stockpile materials.
• Load trucks and conveyors with sand, gravel, stone and other materials.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance.
• Maintain stockpile locations and material separation to prevent contamination.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
