Job summary

Amrize, a leading materials supplier in the United States, has immediate openings for a Loader Operator at our Bladensburg, MD location. You will safely operate heavy equipment to load, move, and stockpile rock and aggregate materials while following all safety protocols.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of hands-on loader experience, preferably with large-capacity loaders in quarry or construction settings. Outdoor work in varying weather is expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on front-end loader experience, preferably operating large-capacity loaders in quarry/aggregate/mining/heavy construction.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to load, transport, and stockpile aggregate materials.
• Load trucks, feeders, hoppers, and conveyors with sand, gravel, stone, and other materials.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and identify mechanical or safety issues before operation.
• Maintain proper stockpile locations and safe working areas.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers, plant operators, and site supervisors.
