Job summary

IAA, an RB Global company, is seeking a yard operations team member to move vehicles with a front-end loader and to support auction activities at the Georgia facility. You will load/unload trucks, inspect equipment, and maintain accurate lot records for sale preparation.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Prior forklift/loader experience is preferred, with a strong focus on customer-facing duties and site security.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma (or equivalent) are required.
• There are physical demands of this role; this is not a desk job.
• Forklift or front-end loader experience is highly preferred; automotive/related field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader to move vehicles and equipment around the facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or picking up vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Manage lot inventory of vehicles and parts and document vehicle information.
• Prepare vehicles for sale via shrink wrapping, steam cleaning, and light maintenance.
• Assist visitors with guidance and direct them to the appropriate staff.
