Job summary

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking Loader Operators for our Fort Myers facility to maneuver vehicles using front-end loaders in preparation for auction.

Safety is the top priority, with opportunities to learn new technology and work at the forefront of the auction industry. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required; forklift/loader experience is a plus, and automotive repair exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Upbeat demeanor to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Forklift or front-end loader experience is preferred.
• Experience in automotive and collision repair fields is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders to maneuver vehicles around our facilities.
• Assist in preparing vehicles for auction with attention to safety and efficiency.
