Job summary

IAA, an RB Global, Inc. Company, is seeking a Loader Operator to move vehicles with a front-end loader and support yard operations. You will assist with loading/unloading, perform basic maintenance, and help document vehicle information to prepare units for sale.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced auction environment. Outdoor work in various weather conditions is common.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role; this is not a desk job.
• Positive customer interaction and upbeat demeanor; teamwork is important.
• Forklift or front-end loader experience (Volvo L90G/L90H) is a plus; automotive knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a front-end loader to move vehicles and other equipment around the IAA facility.
• Load and unload trucks delivering or removing vehicles.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on the loader to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain lot inventory of vehicles and parts.
• Document and record vehicle information and prepare vehicles for sale.
